I have managed daily operations of Indiana’s largest recovery residence for women, overseeing staff of 35+, budget development, clinical model implementation, marketing, and community engagement.
Secured $3.8M+ in funding, including $2.5M from Lilly Endowment and $1M from state grants, while increasing annual operating budget and income by 1100% over 10 years.
Led acquisition and $1.3M renovation of a 10,000 sq. ft. facility, expanding capacity by 60%; launched $3M capital campaign for an 8,000 sq. ft. second building. Worked collaboratively to bring two more locations to two counties within 3 years of each other.
Developed and implemented a best-practice Client Care Model, boosting client success rates from 64% to 77% in 3 years.
